China Business Visa (M)

Nigerians and other visitors traveling to mainland China requires a Chinese visa, which should be processed and obtained in advance. The type of visa you should apply for is based on your major purpose of traveling to China. China has eight (8) major visa types that you can apply for:

China Business Visa (M)
China Business visa is issued to those who intend to go to China for business, commercial and trade activities on behalf of a company or business entity. The business Visa is usually issued for single-entry, double-entry or multiple-entry. Business visa can be issued up to 10 years. The duration of stay for each visit is normally 30-60 days based on particular Chinese Consulate.

In order to help you process a China Business Visa, we will require that you send the following to us

1 - A photocopy of your Passport data page / side that contains your name

Please submit a scan copy.
Passport should have at least 12 months validity left. Otherwise, you must renew your passport first. If you need passport services, please visit the immigration authority of your resident country.
Passport should have at least 2 blank visa pages. The last 3 pages in a travel passports are not visa pages. These are amendment pages, reserved by the Immigration authority for amendment. They won't be acceptable for visas. If your passport has no blank visa pages left, you may add additional visa pages. If you need passport services, please visit Immigration authority of your resident country.
If you have a valid China visa in another passport, you will need to submit that passport together with the new passport when applying for a new visa.

2 - One Visa Application Form V.2013 per person (To be provided by Lakeside Travel & Tour services)

Please fill out the application form on your computer, print a hard copy and sign it.
Hand written form is not acceptable.
All fields are mandatory. If a section doesn't apply, please type in "None" or "N/A'. Incomplete form will be rejected.
Please check for omission and error before you print the form. Change or correction is not allowed on the printed form. You must print a new form in case of any change or correction.
Please print out and submit only single-sided pages of the application, not back to back.
To avoid errors, we can help you in completing this form so that your visa won't be denied.

3 - Certificate of Incorporation / Registration (We can help you process that if you don't have it)

4 - One recent passport-type photograph

Do not use the same photo as in your passport unless your passport was issued in less than 6 months.
Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size.
Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.
Photo needs to be taken within 6 months.
Do not staple or glue the photo

4 - An invitation letter from China (To be processed by our contact in China)

An invitation letter of duly authorized unit issued by Chinese Government
An formal invitation letter issued by a company or institution in mainland China
Original invitation and/or personal interview may be requested at Consulate's discretion but we would still handle the Interview
Note: The invitation letter issued by the Chinese company or institution must include all the important 8 elements of an Invitation and unfortunately this is where many agents fail.
